Leather Lane

Shortlisted for the 2016 Architects Journal Retrofit Awards, this project involved the reconfiguration and extension of a mid 1800s building. Previously the building contained three flats and it was extended to provide three more in addition, all with new dual aspect layouts.

​

The refurbishment also included the provision of a new common staircase and new shopfronts for a pair of commercial units at ground level.

​

Jonathan was the project architect for Leather Lane while working at IBLA.
